Back in 2014, we have decided to "reach for the stars" and create our dream project - a space, where the greatest heroes of art department would share their experience with emerging talents. In 2015, we have organised our first training session in Vilnius. The success of this first edition proved that such project is needed and appreciated among many passionate production designers. Since then, we have organised 10 training sessions in Lithuania, Italy, and Iceland. We had invited 24 experts and selected 174 participants from Europe, USA, China, Canada, India, South America, and Africa. 

We understand that it's impossible to learn how to be a production designer in 5 or 7 days, and that's not our goal. Our vision is to create an open-minded environment - a creative playground - where art department professionals from Europe and abroad can meet and share their experience, know-hows, good practices, and enthusiasm to be working in this incredible field. 

While the core of the programme remains consistent, we're always following the latest trends and the most relative themes, related to art department's professions. We aim to bring those topics to the masterclass, and explore new adventurous territories.
