We are committed to ensure that all experts and participants of Art Department Masterclass during the Covid pandemic feel safe and do not present a risk to each other. When on site, we ask all attendees to adhere to the following regulations:
We will continue to be alert to changing conditions, WHO and Italian government guidance with respect to Covid-19 and as a result, the event may be moved online in the unfortunate circumstance we are not allowed or unable to hold a live event.

Selection criteria:
- Demographics. When finalizing the selection, we assure that 70% of participants are nationals from countries participating in the MEDIA programme and take into account country balance and diversity.
- Experience: Participants need to have at least 3 years of professional experience working in the art department.
- Motivation: open-ended questions allow us to determine how the participant could benefit from the programme we’re offering.
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR SELECTED PARTICIPANTS:
- Successful applicants will be invited to Art Department Masterclass. For participants from outside Turin, Italy, accommodation for 5 nights will be covered by project organisers (including breakfast & lunch on October 15-18). All participants will stay in single rooms.
- The participant hereby agrees to cover the participation fee of 600 €. Invoices will be sent after the selection procedure.
- The participant hereby agrees that he’s responsible for the costs of international travel and remaining meals (dinner).
- The participant hereby agrees that the invitation to participate at Art Department Masterclass is a sole invitation and can’t be extended or transferred to any other attendants.
- The participant hereby agrees that his/her photograph and data included in the application form may be published on the website, Facebook page and in the printed informational publications of the Art Department Masterclass.
- The participant hereby agrees that all his/her photographs and video recorded during the project may be published on the website, Facebook page and in the printed informational publications of the Art Department Masterclass.
- The participant hereby confirms that if he/she will be selected, he/she will be available to participate in all the scheduled activities of Art Department Masterclass (October 14-19, 2022).
- The participant hereby confirms that he/she understands that the content of Art Department Masterclass is highly confidential. Therefore, the lectures can’t be filmed or photographed without our consent.
- The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event program. If necessary, changes may be made to its content or schedule before or during the event, insofar as these changes do not substantially diminish the described benefits of Art Department Masterclass for the delected participants.
OUR SCHOLARSHIP POLICY:
- In each training session, we will allocate not less than 2 scholarships for participants, coming from low audiovisual capacity countries (Albania, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Republic of Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia).
- In addition, we will also consider granting scholarships for participants who can prove that their countries don’t grant scholarships for this kind of training or can prove that they’re in a situation where they need financial support.
- We would like to encourage the participation of Ukrainian art department professionals. All selected Ukrainian participants will be offered scholarships to participate in Art Department Masterclass.
- In order to apply for scholarship, the applicant needs to send a motivational letter, explaining the reasons she / he would like to receive the scholarship to [email protected] before the 1st of September, 2022. If we don’t receive this document, the applicant won’t be considered for scholarship.
COVID-19 MEASURES:
We are committed to ensure that all experts and participants of Art Department Masterclass during the Covid pandemic feel safe and do not present a risk to each other. When on site, we ask all attendees to adhere to the following regulations:
- Do not attend the scheduled activities if you display any of the COVID-19 symptoms.
- You will be expected to follow the relevant locally imposed safery measures that may be in effect during Art Department Masterclass (such as mask wearing, testing, etc). All the attendees will be informed about the latest safety measures prior to the event.
